Refund policy

Quality defects

If the purchased product is caused by the manufacturer’s defect, we will replace it free of charge (the customer shall bear the shipping fee).
You must check after receiving the goods and provide evidence of video or photo, and then send it to us via email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp.

No quality defect returns

To be returned, the product must satisfy the following conditions. The product must be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Attached to the original product/price
• In the original packaging
  There is no quality defect, the customer can return to China within 14 days after receiving the order, but the shipping must be paid by the customer.

Customized items

Customized items cannot be returned.

Cancel order

After placing the order, the customer can cancel at any time
If your order has been paid and you want to replace or cancel it, please contact us via email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
If the shipment starts, no orders can be cancelled.
